Dr. Hornung is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle any emergencies. He genuinely wants to offer his patients the most current, state-of-the-art and up-to-date treatments. Dr. Hornung’s education, combined with his work experience and mentoring guidance from his father, Dr. Richard Hornung, has given him the ability to listen and then work towards your goals and needs. Dr. Hornung received a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. After working and starting a family, he went back to school and attended Boston University Dental School, graduating in 1996. In 1999 Dr. Hornung joined the Boston University Dental School faculty and has been teaching in their APEX program ever since.

Dr. David Hornung performs all phases of general and cosmetic dentistry. When you want to enhance your smile Dr. Hornung combines his skills with extraordinary artistry to give you the smile you want. Dr. Hornung is passionate about keeping up with the latest advances in dentistry and strives for patient satisfaction and comfort. Cowards are welcome and sedation is available for the fearful patient. To stay on top of his field, Dr. Hornung completes post-graduate dental continuing education yearly, learning from some of the best dentists in the world and is also trained in Invisalign. Dr. Hornung was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and received his bachelor's degree from University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Dr. David Hornung is a third generation dentist and graduate from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He and is a member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society.
